Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns: You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for another, you may do so within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.

Warranty: We offer a 12–18-month parts and labor warranty on all of our watches. If your watch requires repair within this period, please contact us for assistance.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
